NICC Conference
Unity Christian was host to the NICC conference volleyball and soccer tournament Unity Volleyball closed off their conference volleyball play with a tournament championship on Saturday at Unity. They came in as the number 1 seed and defeated Tristate and Cedar Valley to take home the championship. The team played well together and had some heated competition at times, but were able to maintain their focus and take the victory. Heather Hintz received Honorable Mention All Conference and Hannah Dykstra, Becca Meinema and Callie Willoughby all received First Team All Conference. Callie Willoughby was also voted Player of the Year for the conference.
