Salary – Benefits Information
Unity provides a CSI scale salary package for its teachers; limited health insurance and pension for some positions. Sick days, a personal day and financial support for continuing education, especially for advanced degrees from Christian colleges and universities, are included for professional instructional staff.
We are also striving to create a rigorous "Christian worldview" perspective that provides the basis for our entire philosophy of education. Applicants with a comprehensive Biblical "worldview" may be especially equipped for this position.
