Steps To Admissions:

A) At least one parent/guardian must be a professing believer in Jesus Christ and provide their written testimony.

B) At least one parent must be in full agreement with and willingly sign the Statement of Belief.

C) Student(s) and at least one parent commit to growing in their relationship with Christ and regularly attend a Bible-believing church.

D) Student(s) and at least one parent must exhibit behavior, both in and out of school, that is consistent with UCS values.

E) Students transferring from another school are required to provide academic records. Academic records demonstrate that UCS can meet the learning needs of the students. Records also support passing grades, positive behavior, and minimal absences. To supplement the academic records, student applicants may be required to take an entrance assessment.

F) UCS does not accept students recently expelled from other schools.

G) At least one parent agrees with and supports the mission of UCS.

H) At least one parent commits to support the work of Unity Christian through prayer, volunteering, and faithfully meeting all financial obligations.

I) At least one parent agrees to disclose all academic and behavioral needs that have impacted previous educational experiences.

J) At least one parent agrees to disclose conduct infractions that occurred at current and previous schools.

Tell us more about your student and family by completing an inquiry form for every student in your family. Completing an inquiry does not guarantee enrollment but does place your student in the wait pool. The UCS wait pool is an unranked group of students who have completed an inquiry to begin the enrollment process. A number of factors impact placement in the wait pool including, but not limited to, date of inquiry, sibling of an enrolled student, children of full-time staff members, and children of alumni. The office will follow up once your inquiry is received.

Families advancing in the process will be invited to visit the school. Your visit will include opportunities to connect with various members of the UCS family. Students may attend a scheduled Experience Day with other prospective applicants. Applicants will spend a morning attending classes, chapel, and lunch with a student ambassador. We can’t wait to show you around UCS!

Students with inquiries received will be notified by email to begin the admissions process. The process involves completing a comprehensive checklist that consists of an application, a nonrefundable $50 application fee per student, academic records, and personal and pastoral references.

Our head of school looks forward to meeting with parents and students together. During this 30 to 60 minute interview, we hope to learn more about your family, assess if UCS can meet the learning needs of your child, and answer your questions.

Students who meet all of Admissions Criteria will be offered enrollment when a seat becomes available. Priority status is given to siblings of an enrolled student, children of full-time staff members, and children of alumni.

We’re excited to connect you with the UCS family! You will receive invitations to new family events and school activities. Family ambassadors will also contact you to help you navigate your first year at UCS.
