Tuition Payments
School tuition may be paid annually, by semester or monthly.  Please contact the Business Manager with questions regarding tuition payments (815-589-4196).  The Business Office is located at the Elementary School - 1000 11th Avenue in Fulton.  

1. Annual or semester payments are sent directly to the Business Manager (at the elementary).
2. Families making 3-12 monthly payments are required to make payments through FACTS Management Company, who is authorized to collect tuition payments on behalf of Unity as directed by school policy.  FACTS charges a small one-time annual fee for its services.
