What is a Problem Sheet
The mission statement of Unity Christian School says, “In covenant with Christian Families, Unity Christian School teaches the Truth from a Christ-centered perspective for lives of discipleship.”
The Truth is we live in a sinful world. We even learned in one of our Bible verse from Genesis 8:20-22 that every inclination of our hearts are evil, thankfully God has promised not to destroy us. Instead he chooses to love us.
A problem sheet is a half sheet of paper that the teacher hands out that helps a student find a way to process a problem. If parents are aware of a problem at school then they are able to help their child work through the problem. Many times when parents are aware of the problem they can help the teacher with some additional information that helps the teacher support their child in fixing the problem.
It is important to understand that a problem sheet does not mean that your child is “in trouble” it simply means that they have a problem that needs to be solved. It helps us to work “in covenant” to lead your child to “discipleship”.
Thank you,
Mr. Bierma
